The stand price is only € 15 per stand per day.
One stand has a length of 3 meters including the car.
If more space is required, you can simply take another stand.

Wann hat der Flohmarkt Graz beim Cineplexx geöffnet?
Der Flohmarkt Graz beim Cineplexx Puntigam ist ganzjährig von 06:00 bis 13:00 Uhr geöffnet. Der Flohmarkt findet jeden Samstag, Sonntag und an Feiertagen statt – bei jedem Wetter.
Kann man spontan als Aussteller teilnehmen oder muss man reservieren?
Reservierungen nehmen wir keine entgegen. Einfach in der früh bis spätestens 06:00 vorbeikommen. Die Standplätze werden je nach zeitlichem Eintreffen der Aussteller vergeben und von unseren Parkplatzeinweisern zugeteilt. Im Herbst und im Frühjahr kann es vorkommen, dass man etwas früher (05:00) vor Ort sein sollte um noch einen Platz zu bekommen.
Zahlung:
Die Bezahlung der Standgebühr erfolgt auschließlich in Bar. Wir akzeptieren keine Kreditkarten oder Bankomatzahlungen. Eine Bank befindet sich in umittelbarer Nähe. (Hinter dem Eissalon Temmel)
Wann sind die Auf- und Abbauzeiten für Aussteller?
Aufbau ist von 05:00 bis 07:00 . Bitte beachten Sie, dass es ab 07:00 nicht gestattet ist, mit dem Auto die Ausstellungsfläche zu befahren!
Standabbau ist zwischen 12:00-13:00 . Verlassen des Standplatzes ist bis spätestens 13:30! Der Standplatz ist ausnahmslos in sauberen und ordnungsgemäßen Zustand zu hinterlassen. Müll oder nicht verkaufte Ware müssen unbedingt wieder mitgenommen und selbst entsorgt werden. Bei Missachtung muss hier mit hohen Strafen gerechnet werden.
Wann oder wo muss ich bezahlen?
Nach der Aufbauphase kommt ein Mitarbeiter um die Standgebühr zu kassieren.
Kann ich mir einen Standplatz reservieren oder aussuchen?
Reservierungen werden nicht entgegen genommen. Die Standplätze werden vom Veranstalter nach Eintreffen der Aussteller zugewiesen. Bitte beachten Sie ausnahmslos die Anweisungen der Mitarbeiter. Bei Missachtung kann es zu einem Platzverweis kommen.
Kann ich mein Auto am Standplatz parken?
Ja, das Auto kann am Standplatz geparkt werden. Ein Standplatz wird Ihnen zugewiesen. Beachten Sie die Anweisungen der Parkplatzeinweiser. Die PKW Einfahrt ist offen ab 05:00 früh.
Werden Tische zur Verfügung gestellt? Ich habe keinen Tisch zum Aufstellen.
Nein, es gibt keine Tische vor Ort. Bitte bringen Sie Tische, Sessel, Kleiderständer, Decke, Spiegel etc. selbst mit, um Ihren Standplatz aufzubauen. Wir stellen nur die Bodenfläche zur Verfügung. Wir weisen Ihnen eine Standfläche zu. Wenn Sie keinen Tisch haben, können Sie eine Decke oder Abdeckplane am Boden auflegen. Statt dem Tisch können Sie mehrere Kleiderstangen aufstellen oder Bananenschachteln umdrehen als kleine Ablagefläche.
Was passiert bei Schlechtwetter?
Bei Schlechtwetter findet der Flohmarkt in der Garage des Cineplexx statt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir hier räumlich begrenzt sind und Sie rechtzeitig (05:30) da sein müssen um einen Platz zu bekommen.
Wohin entsorgen Aussteller den Restmüll, Kartons und Altpapier?
Jeglicher Müll muss von den Ausstellern wieder mit nachhause genommen werden! Insbesondere Kartonschachteln, Plastiksäcke und kaputte Gegenstände können NICHT vom Veranstalter entsorgt werden und dürfen NICHT am Gelände zurückgelassen werden. Sollte jemand seinen Müll am Gelände hinterlassen, muss mit einer Anzeige und einem Platzverweis gerechnet werden.
Flohmarkt im Freien
Bei Schönwetter findet unser Flohmarkt im Freien, am Parkplatz des Cineplexx Graz statt. Es gibt mobile WCs und der Imbissstand vor Ort verwöhnt euch mit Leckereien wie LANGOS, KÄSEKRAINER, BRATWUST, SCHNITZELSEMMEL, KAFFEE, GETRÄNKE UVM.
Wer darf am Flohmarkt Graz ausstellen?
Jede Privatperson oder Gewerblicher Aussteller von Gebrauchtwaren, dürfen bei uns Aussteller werden.
Versorgung – Imbissstand:
Es gibt eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (auch vegetarisch).
Flea market regulations
By entering the exhibition grounds, the exhibitor accepts all conditions of the following agreement.
– The sale of NEW GOODS is prohibited.
– Excluded from sale are Lebensmittel, Waffen, Messer, Pornographische Artikel, Raubkopien (Musik & Film), Fälschungen jeder Art, feuergefährliche Waren, Explosivstoffe, personengefährdende Waren, Tiere, gewässergefährdende Waren (z.B. Batterien, Farben, Öle, Chemikalien etc.), Nahrungs- u. Genussmittel, Getränke, Zigaretten, Militär. Combat equipment, goods with swastika or symbols of the Nazi era and/or other banned organizations, goods of dubious origin (stolen or smuggled goods), vines, poppy straw and bed feathers. All gambling is prohibited.
– The sale of goods must take place exclusively within the stand area.
– Exhibitors have access to mobile WC facilities are available for use on the premises. These must be kept free of soiling.
– Subletting by the exhibitor is not permitted.
– Care must be taken to ensure that no nuisance (noise etc.) is caused to local residents, visitors or other exhibitors.

– The up or down Exhibiting goods and objects brought along is at your own risk.
– When setting up the market stall, care must be taken to ensure that a passage width of
at least 3.5 meters is kept free for emergency vehicles of any kind.
– For reasons of safety for passers-by, it is not permitted to drive into the market area with
motor vehicles during market hours.
– The use of liquid gas is prohibited.
– Safety equipment (gas shut-off valves, above-ground or underground hydrants and “tactile
guidance systems” (guidelines for the blind) must not be obstructed by superstructures or vehicles.
– The organizer is not liable for the goods/tables/cars of the exhibitors.
– Parasols, umbrellas, party tents or other canopies must be erected in a stable position. The organizer accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to property caused by unauthorized erection of canopies.
– Dumping garbage and leaving objects behind is strictly prohibited and will be punished with a charge and a payment of at least € 50.
– Driving on the exhibition area is prohibited during market hours.
– The badge law must be strictly adhered to, failure to do so will result in immediate exclusion from the flea market.
– Access roads to garages, passages and entrances to houses, properties,
Schanigärten must be kept clear across their entire width.
– The market stalls may only be set up at a minimum distance of 2.50 m from the Cineplexx building facade
– The exhibition space may only be used by private individuals on Saturday and Sunday during the specified period and only for the sale of used goods.
The entire area must be kept free of soiling. No goods or garbage may be left behind! The respective exhibitor is liable for compliance. If the above-mentioned property is left behind, the organizer has the right to have the goods left behind cleared at the exhibitor’s expense!!!

The goods offered on our flea market are private sales, which are made directly between seller and buyer. The organizer has nothing to do with the goods and does not earn any money from the sale. With regard to the EU legal provisions for private sales, we inform you that the sellers do not assume any warranty. The sale takes place under exclusion of any warranty, guarantee or return. The buyers agree to this and recognize this with their bid or payment.

The organizer of the flea market and its employees assume no liability for damage to property, personal injury, theft or traffic fines. If the agreement between the organizer and exhibitor cannot be fulfilled for a reason for which the organizer is not responsible, e.g. rental object (hall or stand space) cannot be made available due to force majeure or the occurrence of an extraordinary accident or a shortening or alteration of the event time and/or venue, the exhibitor shall not be entitled to any claims for compensation. The organizer assumes no liability for a certain characteristic, a certain extent or a certain suitability or usability of the rental object, not even for the suitability and usability for the purposes of the exhibitor. The organizer accepts no liability for technical faults and malfunctions in the electricity, water, heating, cooling and sewage systems or operational disruptions or events affecting the event. Any liability of the organizer towards the exhibitor is limited to intent and gross negligence. The organizer assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage to the exhibitor or his relatives or visitors occurring on the premises, in particular for items brought into the building or onto the premises by the exhibitor or third parties. This also applies if this damage is caused by defects in the lessor’s buildings or facilities, unless the organizer is responsible for these defects due to its own (intentional or grossly negligent) fault. Use of the parking lot is at your own risk.
